The spacious and well-decorated lounge areas were quite cute, and the hotel's fantastic location made it easy for me to access nearby attractions, perfect for leisurely walks along the beautiful beach.
Improve breakfast service speed during busy times.

The rooms were so spacious and very well stocked !! The staff are absolutely tremendous in this hotel, even though a christening and a wedding were taking place at the same time, we were treated like we were the only folk there!!.....
There simply isn't anything i can think of that i didnt like !! Although not a hotel issue, the area is a bit sad looking and not much to do...

The room was fantastic and so spacious for the family. There is an excellent playroom for the children and the supervisors there were so nice. The food was also excellent and there was a great alternatives on the kids menus rather than usual chips, sausages etc.
I think a leisure centre would be a fantastic bonus, the pool in the town is very expensive and the opening hours are just not suitable to people travelling with young children and you also have to use your car to get there. As the town is primarily dependent on the weather for the beach I think a leisure facility in the hotel would be used a lot.

Spacious rooms with great views.
I was furious upon arrival since our room wasn't ready until 4 PM, unacceptable after a long journey. The room we received was not what we expected. Dark and with a stale odor lingering in the hallway. Even worse, the bathroom had black mold and we couldn't get hot water at the sink. This experience tainted what should have been a joyful occasion at the wedding, but instead, it reminded me of a nightmare.

The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent because it was close to the other restaurants in the town as well as Enniscrone beach which is fabulous. The room was great-sized, beautifully designed with lovely views.

The friendliness of the staff was top class and would definitely entice me to return to the hotel - I would not stay anywhere else when holidaying in Sligo again and am recommending this hotel to anyone heading to Sligo.
